ICD offers Strategy Execution Pathway (StEP), a strategy planning intervention (online, physical, or blended) based on the Balanced Scorecard, that helps organizations improve both strategy design and systematic execution.

StEP gives an opportunity for the Board to actively engage in strategy design. The outputs from the session will guide the Management in strategy and prepare them for execution. This comes with coaching on the alignment, discipline, and engagement for sustained performance results.
