OECD and ICD agreed to collaborate on a report focusing on the Philippine capital market. Additionally, they discussed collaboration on a forum to explore the new OECD Corporate Governance (CG) Principles and the latest OECD Guidelines on the Governance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). This forum is set to align with the OECD conferences planned for December in Manila.
