NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

01 September 2023

Dear ICD Fellows:

Please be advised that the election of Trustees for the coming year is now open starting today, the 1st of September 2023, 4:00 PM and will end on the 11th of October 2023, 10:00AM, before our Annual General Membership Meeting scheduled on the same date. There are four (4) vacancies for the position of Trustees with a term of three (3) years starting January 1, 2024. Voting shall be made online following the Guidelines on the ICD online elections.

The votes will be tallied and validated by PwC and the results will be announced during the AGMM.

For this year’s election, our nominees for the Board of Trustees’ vacancies are the following:

The Nomination and Election Committee (NOMELEC), composed of Trustees Atty. Pedro H. Maniego, Jr. (as Chairperson), Mr. Henry Rhoel R. Aguda, Mr. Jonathan Juan DC Moreno, and Mr. Donald Patrick Lim certifies that the nominees running for the election as Trustees have satisfied the qualification requirements and are not subject to any of the items for disqualification.
